Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Mizaf account at any time. Every request is reviewed by a person before any data is removed.

What happens when you submit a request

  • We record the request and email privacy@mizaf.app so a person can review it.
  • We aim to process requests within 30 days of receipt. We may contact you at the email associated with your account if we need to confirm anything before proceeding.
  • On approval, your profile, follow list, notification preferences, and push tokens are removed. Audit-log entries and security records may be retained or anonymised where required by law or for the integrity of mosque verification.
  • You can cancel a pending request before it is processed by replying to our confirmation email.

To verify the request comes from the account holder, please sign in with the email you use for Mizaf, then return to this page.

If you have lost access to that email, write to privacy@mizaf.app from a contact address and include any information that will help us verify your identity.
